We are a family owned small business specializing in commercial and residential construction. We provide a professional and personalized service to the Greater Tampa area. We have been in business since 2013 and have compiled quite a diverse list of projects from the simple to the complex, and a few that had us scratching our heads for a minute. “Over the last nine months Andrew Goetz, his wife. Diana and their firm almost completely remodeled our 1650 square-foot duplex in Palm Harbor. I first was impressed by Andrew when he participated in a request for proposals to redo our deck. He was the only one that actually went underneath the deck and informed me that the substructure needed to be replaced and simply re-doing the decking would lead to an unsatisfactory results. Since then the Phoenix Solution has completely remodeled two bathrooms, our kitchen, installed over 1000 ft.˛ of tile, installed a deck in our atrium, new doors throughout the house and GC'ed the installation of our sky lights.
